Terms & Conditions

  1. www.dinottattooshow.com is a site operated by Dino Tattoo Show Ltd, a Company registered in England and Wales under company number 15092945 whose registered office is at 48 Newcastle Avenue, Worksop, S80 1LA.  

 

  1. We reserve the right to change any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately.

 

Terms relating to this website.

 

  1. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.

 

  1. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

 

  1. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

 

Applications and Cancellations

 

  1. The Applicant shall mean the person and/or company that appears on the Application Form.

 

  1. The Company shall mean DINO TATTOO SHOW LTD. 

 

  1. Trader and/or Artist and/or Booth Holder shall mean an Applicant who has been accepted by the Company and granted a booth at the Convention following payment of all fees due and owing at the required times. 

 

  1. The Company shall provide one booth per Trader or Artist. Booths are to be occupied and used by one Trader or Artist only. (unless requested and granted by the company)

 

  1. Artists are required to have their own licence and comprehensive insurance (including cover the event of cancellation) to tattoo, pierce or otherwise. The Company accepts no liability on behalf of any Artist. The Company reserves the right to inspect certificates of such insurance at any time and should there be any dispute over the adequacy of an Artist or Traders insurance, the decision of the Company will be final.

 

  1. Traders are required to have their own comprehensive insurance (including cover the event of cancellation) and the rights to sell the products they advertise for sale at the Convention. The Company reserves the right to inspect certificates of such insurance at any time and should there be any dispute over the adequacy of an Artist or Traders insurance, the decision of the Company will be final.

 

  1. Making or submitting an application does not ensure that the Applicant will be successful. 

 

  1. The Company’s selection process for Booth Holders is final and cannot be appealed. 

 

  1. The Company will notify an Applicant that they have been successful 28/02/2025.

 

  1. Upon the Company notifying the Applicant that they have been successful, a 50% deposit is required to be paid via BACS/BANK TRANSFER within 90 working days. If a deposit is not received within 90 working days, the Booth will not be secured and may be offered to another Applicant. 

 

  1. Deposits paid by the Applicant are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

  1. The remaining balance of the Booth is due to be paid by 28/02/2025 in order to secure a Booth for the convention dates. If the balance is not received by the Company by this date then the Booth may be offered by the Company to another Applicant. 

 

  1. Booths cannot be assigned, leased or transferred by Artists or Traders. 

 

  1. If an Artist or Trader is no longer able to attend the Convention following payment of the Deposit, but before the balance of the Booth is due, they shall notify the Company at their earliest opportunity. 

 

    1. In these circumstances, the Company will endeavour to offer the Booth to another Applicant, if one exists. The Artist/Trader will remain liable for payment of the Booth in full unless another Applicant makes payment for the Booth in full by the required date. 

 

  1. The Company will only offer the Booth to another Applicant if all remaining Booths are booked and paid for. If there are any Booths not booked or paid for in full then the Booth will not be offered to another Applicant and You will remain liable for the balance of the Booth in full. 

 

 

  1. The Applicant, on applying, agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

The Event

 

  1. The Company will provide the following equipment for Applicants use at the Convention as agreed and only where outlined in the application form: 

    1. A display table 

    2. A four-legged chair 

    3. Two rolls of kitchen towels 

    4. One sharps box for Artist’s booths

    5. Two medical waste bags 

    6. One black bin bag

    7. Two electrical sockets  

    8. Blk Powder

 

  1. Artists are required to provide (inter alia) their own: 

    1. Tattoo bed

    2. Tattoo chair 

    3. Small table 

    4. Machines and all other consumables. Only disposable equipment is permitted to be used at the Convention Event. There will be no facilities available for the cleaning of equipment. 

    5. Display items and table coverings 

 

  1. All electrical equipment used at the show must be P.A.T tested. Booth holders must make their own arrangements to have their electrical equipment certified.

 

  1. All artists must conform to current Environmental Health laws and bylaws in place from time to time for the local administrative area.

 

  1. Under no circumstances must tattooing or piercing be done on any tables. Anyone carrying out tattooing or piercing on the tables will be asked to stop and may be asked to leave.

 

  1. The Company’s staff will check booths and any offensive or undesirable displays will be asked to be removed. 

 

  1. Artists are not permitted to sell tattooing equipment (including but not limited to) tattoo machines, inks, beds or other consumables from their booth. If an Artist wishes to sell tattoo related products they will be required to apply for and purchase a Trader’s booth. 

 

  1. Booth holders must complete setting up their booths, including transporting all equipment into the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the event opening time. If a booth is not set up by this time they will not be permitted to take part in the convention that day. In this event, any monies paid will be non-refundable. 

 

  1. Booth holders will be permitted to access the Venue from 3PM on Friday 11th of July 2025 but must leave the Venue by 8PM that evening. Re-entry will not be permitted until 8am the following morning, 12th July 2025. 

  1. The Venue will close at 8PM on 12th July 2025 and all Booth holders must exit the venue by this time. Booth holders are permitted to tattoo, pierce and trade until this time. 

 

  1. The venue will close at 8PM on 13th July 2025 and all booths must be packed down, completely cleared and vacated by this time. Any or all property not reclaimed by closing on the final day of the event, will be disposed of by the company as it deems fit, with no recompense to or consultation with the Booth holder.

 

  1. Booth Holders will be allocated one Artist or Trader lanyard, one Artist or Trader wristband and one assistant wristband. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. If you do not have a wristband displayed, you may be required to purchase a day or weekend pass.  

 

  1. The company will advertise the Convention Event but accepts no responsibility whatsoever for number or amount of Artists, Traders or members of the general public to the event.

 

  1. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to Booth holder’s equipment, stock, stand, persons or vehicles howsoever caused. 

 

  1. The Company exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it.

 

  1. The Company will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

  1. use of, or inability to use, our site; or

  2. use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.

 

In particular, we will not be liable for:

  1. loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;

  2. business interruption;

  3. loss of anticipated savings;

  4. loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or

  5. any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

 

 

 

  1. This contract is subject to and governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
